From the moment your PO arrives, our Engineering / CAD department is on the job. Our team will work with yours to ensure that we have the correct plans, specs, and design details necessary to produce your parts accurately. We can handle most current 3D model formats, including Catia V4 and V5, UGNX, STP, IGS along with 2D formats such as DWG and DXF. From drawings to manufacturing and inspection tooling design, we have what it takes to produce your part right – first time, every time.
Once your job arrives on the Shop Floor, it’s treated with the utmost urgency and care. Whether it’s an aluminum, steel, titanium or phenolic part, we have the capabilities to handle the job, by utilizing our CNC Mills, CNC Routers, Waterjet or Press Brakes. Your parts will be thoroughly inspected along the way by our experienced Quality Inspection team, who utilize everything from hand held calipers to state of the art inspection techniques such as FARO and CMM inspection.
We also have complete in house heat treat, chemical processing and painting facilities, and we recently added fluorescent penetrant inspection capability. This means that we can provide significant cost savings and dramatically reduced lead times by processing and finishing your parts here, all the while maintaining complete control of the parts to ensure unmatched quality.
